1. You'd better not drink too strong white tea. 5 grams of tea leaves are enough for 150 ml of water. The water temperature is required to be above 95 ℃, the first brewing time is about 5 minutes, after filtering, pour the tea soup into the tea cup and drink it. The second soak only takes 3 minutes, that is to say, it should be done as you drink and soak. In general, a cup of white tea can be brewed four or five times.
2. White tea is cold in nature. For those with "hot" stomach, you can drink it in moderation on an empty stomach. Those with a neutral stomach can drink it anytime, while those with a "cold" stomach should drink it after meals. But white tea generally does not irritate the stomach wall.
3. The utensils for drinking white tea are not too particular. You can use tea cups,tea pots, etc.
4. The dosage of white tea generally, only 5 grams per person per day is enough, and the elderly should not drink too much. The same is true for other types of tea. Drinking too much tea will "reverse the extreme", and it will not play a role in health care. Here I would like to remind everyone that people with weak kidneys, heart patients with rapid heartbeat, patients with severe hypertension, severe constipation, severe neurasthenia, and iron deficiency anemia should not drink strong tea, nor should they drink tea on an empty stomach.Otherwise, it may cause "tea drunk" .

5. White tea should be drunk often, not intermittently. The health care effect of white tea is a long stream of water, which cannot be interrupted, otherwise, it will be difficult to play an effect.  Tea should also be drunk at the right time. As the saying goes: "Tea after a meal will help you digest food, and afternoon tea will increase your energy." It is not advisable to drink tea during the period before meals and before going to bed.
