Brewing in boiling water, if the water temperature is too high, it is easy to destroy the vitamin C in the tea, and the caffeine is easy to precipitate, which affects the taste.
3. Difference in taste
The taste of black tea and green tea is quite different. After the black tea is fermented, its tannin is solidified and insoluble in water, so it is not as astringent as green tea, which is more suitable for drinking.  However, since most of the aromatic oil in the tea has evaporated, there is no green tea fragrance.
4. Production process
Black tea is fermented tea, which is generally refined from suitable tea tree sprouts and leaves through typical processes such as withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying. Green tea does not go through any fermentation process when it is made. After picking, it can be directly killed, rolled and dried.
